PHASE 1

23rd August, 1951

The Company was originally incorporated on 23rd August, 1951 in the name of Esaar (India) Private Limited at Kolkata with Registrar of Companies under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956

PHASE 2

1995

The Company was later converted into a public limited company in the year 1995 with the object of continuing in Finance and Investment.

PHASE 3

1998

In the year 1998 the Company made an application to Reserve Bank of India for conversion into Non Banking Finance Company and obtain the certificate from Reserve Bank of india on 30th April, 1998.
